My property was on the market for almost a year with different estate agents. Ardalan from Cartwright Hands wrote to me saying he would be confident he would be confident in selling my property in 6 weeks! He came to see it and was confident that he could deliver what the other agents could not. He also felt that we did not need to reduce the asking price. To good to be true you might think! Within 2 days he managed to achieve the full asking price. The completion took place 3 weeks after the solicitors were instructed.
